Audare 200

Starting in the carpark at Adare, the route proceeds Westwards through Shanagolden, Glin (Info Control) and into Co. Kerry through Ballylongford and Astee. Turning south by Beale Strand the riders will enter Ballybunion where there will be a manned control. After Ballybunion we head South East through Listowel, Abbeyfeale and on into Co. Cork over the only major climb of the day to visit the towns of Newmarket and Kanturk (155km, Control). Returning Northwards to Adare there is an upward section to Dromcolliher and Kilmeedy before a mainly downhill run to Adare. Difficulty: ***
