Ironman Lake Placid

One of Ironman's oldest locations and consistently ranked among the most recommended Ironman races in North America. Features a legendary two-loop swim in Mirror Lake with perfect wetsuit temperature (high 60s to low 70s) and an underwater directional cable. The challenging two-loop bike course has 7,432 feet of elevation gain with breathtaking views of the Adirondacks, including the famous Keene descent dropping 1,500 feet over 4-5 miles. The two-loop run has approximately 1,258 feet of gain.
