St Ives Bay 10k

A testing off-road, beach and dunes 10km. A beach start, towards the lighthouse, then up into the dunes at Gwithian car park at mile 3. Then 2 miles of Towans paths including a final 'Dune of Doom', before returning to the beach for the final 1.2 miles.
