The Lost Sheep

One of the toughest half iron distance races in the country with spectacular rugged beauty. Competitors start with a 1900m swim in Kenmare Bay, followed by an 83km bike ride along Wild Atlantic Way including two category one climbs with the infamous Healy Pass, and a gruelling 21km run through the Caha mountains.
