Ironman 70.3 Durban

IRONMAN 70.3 Durban is an epic Half Ironman triathlon held in early June on the vibrant lands of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The race features 1.9 km of swimming in the often playful waves of uShaka beach, followed by 90 km of ultra-rolling cycling along the ocean with 2 loops, and concludes with 21.1 km of running on a completely flat promenade along the legendary Golden Mile, passing the Moses Mabhida Stadium. With nearly 3,000 warriors competing each year, the event offers a subtropical heat and coastal wind challenge on a course designed for personal records.
