<p>Set your sights on the immensity of the <a href="/en/destinations/europe/spots/alps" data-next-link="1">Alpine</a> arc, with a masterful route that often crosses several countries. The program invites you to devour an undisputed monument of ultra-endurance: the legendary <strong>Transalpine Run,</strong> shortened to "TAR". The profile is an absolute beast: around <strong>250 to 270 kilometers</strong> to cover over 7 or 8 consecutive stages, with cumulative elevation gain regularly flirting with <strong>15,000 to 16,000 meters</strong>.
